Work Order Request System


The AUSD Work Order Request System utilizes iServiceDesk/TMA as its web-enabled interface to provide a user friendly forum to submit, query and report on work request.  Users are kept informed via email or can query the status of their requests.


With the recent upgrades additional functionality has been made available.  Please look for the changes below:


  • Key Request Module:  All requests for keys should be entered via this link.  Please be careful to provide ALL requested information.  The information provided will be used to create the District's Key Control Database.    (Effective 10/18/2007)


  • Minor Capital Project Request: The information gathered by submitting via the Minor Capital Project Request Module will help to streamline the project review and approval process.  Please enter ALL capital project requests using the module. (Effective 10/18/2007)


  • Orchard Park:  The full facility inventory is now available for the submitting requests related to Orchard Park. (Effective 10/18/2007)


  • Watch this page for updates and important notices and changes related to AUSD Maintenance and Operations
